lamb chops for days

with risotto and mushrooms, of course.

melting in my mouth. a girl that loves eating, gets real spoiled here.

and that is basically what i have been doing these past few months... but i should probably come out of hibernation. ;)




easy recipe.
B sliced the chops, seasoned with salt and peppa, let it come to room temp and seared it up in the cast iron skillet. for the risotto, just follow on the package. it was easier than we expected (at least for B, because you know, he's a real home cook).
