dinner lately.

Baked seasoned chicken. Slightly roasted cauliflower. Orange slices.

Roasted seasoned zucchini & sweet poatoes.


Yeap, that is how dinner has been looking like lately for us.

Brady has been back into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since Spring. He decided he is going to compete -nothing big. Just all fun & games. However, it has helped us get back into better health; which is very important. I have seen a big physical change in him. I know I could see more in me, but really, I am NOT exercising like I should. Just eating more healthy.

What are you doing to stay healthy?

Oh boy, I really need to start eating like that. I just bought a Jillian Michael's workout dvd, hoping to do it Monday.
